What to expect. Here's how our services work and why.

When a candidate contacts Berger and Leff, Inc. we usually conduct a brief phone screening and then request background information to ensure we can be of assistance. Assuming a candidate has the background and type of experience we are looking for, we schedule a face to face interview. The purpose of this interview is twofold: first to determine whether the candidate matches the caliber and technical proficiency we choose to represent and secondarily to introduce ourselves and begin to develop the relationship between recruiter and candidate.

Depending on what type of opportunity the candidate is looking for, after the technical screening we will discuss the different searches we are working on that may be of interest. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance and our sensitivity to this issue is one of the reasons we get a high number of referrals.
